What is a Promo Tag?

It is a type of Pet ID tag that has a particular veterinary hospital's contact information on one side (according to the code used) and your pets info & image on the other.

Will purchasing a Tag improve my Dogs listening skills?

Yes. Buying more than one Tag will help even more!

How do I pick my sizes?

Great Question...Some people like a larger tag on their small pet and vice versa....We say, "Power to the People...& Pet" you decide for yourself. Heck, we have people deciding things for us all the time....enough is enough...! We give them names, but it's really all about picking the sizes that suit you best. The the 'small' tag is 1" x 1.75" and the "large" tag is 1.25" x 2"

What is the size of the magnet?

2" x 3". About the size of a credit card.

Is there a shipping and handling charge?

We ship USPS for $ 2.49
This is a total or one-time fee, regardless of the number of tags you order.

How do you ship my order?

The U.S. Postal Service.

How long does it take to receive my order?

That depends. Normally, your order will ship within 2 - 3 working days. Once it ships, in the U.S. First Class Mail, which can normally take between 3 - 7 days.

What is your returns policy?

Can I track my order?

Everything is shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, unfortunately, it can't be tracked. Be patient, your tags will get there and your pet will still love you...

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders, uncut gemstones, or broken promises.

Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. For all online transactions, your session is secured through Secured Sockets Layer or SSL. All of your personal information is held on secured servers behind firewalls. Also for your protection, we do not save any of your credit card information.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any of your personal or payment info with anyone. EVER!

How do I place an order?

It's simple! Fill in the information and start making your ID! Then choose the size and the quantity and click "Add to Cart." We'll walk you through the rest of it. If you want to order for a different pet, just go through the same process again!
